    Default One simple question...!!!

    One Simple Question !!!

I want to mask the front page of my catalog with a .htm file but when you click on the breadcrumb to go back its show the index.php.

    So here is the question:

What file I have to edit, instead calling index.php the file call index.htm or the main directory?

BTW: I don't want to delete the index.php file because is my catalog template.

Edit: I forgot to add the links :P

    http://newmodcity.com/catalog/index.php - Normal

SEO - it is already included!

Or research the .htaccess option on the web.

Are you talking about a default HTML SPLASH or HOME page or you want to put your items on a HTML page?

"Catalog" is the the top level of your shopping site.

If you want a link to your main site to a HTML file then edit your header in main_page.tpl.php

    look for:
    PHP Code:
        <td valign="middle"><?php echo '<a href="' tep_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT) . '">' tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES 'oscmax.gif''osCMax v2.0 - Power E-Commerce') . '</a>'
    And change (I think) to:
    PHP Code:
        <td valign="middle"><?php echo '<a href="' tep_href_link(HTTP_SERVER) . '">' tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES 'yourstorelogo.gif''some thing about the store logo') . '</a>'
    Or try
    PHP Code:
        <td valign="middle"><?php echo '<a href="' HTTP_SERVER '">' tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES 'yourstorelogo.gif''some thing about the store logo') . '</a>'

I appreciate the help!!! Thank you!

Let me explain it very carefully!

I already have the HTML file that will be the SPLASH is working!
I have my catalog set so is working properly right now!
Now what I need to do is... remove or edit the link that appears in the breadcrumb when you click catalog (index.php)

Please follow the link to see what am talking about! Thanks!
http://newmodcity.com/catalog (will show you the HTML mask)
New Mod City : (will show you the main page of the catalog but it only appear if you click "catalog" in the breadcrumb)

I hope that can you give a clear vision of what I need!

    Thanks for the Help!!!

    EDIT
If you click the first link it will take you to the page I wanna show... then you can click on the first link on NAV Menu "Water Cooling" and you will see what I need!

Solution is above. The top form of the breadcrumb is the top level of your catalog/shopping site. Use the above code as a "HOME" or main page link.

Else move everything down one level and have your store as your splash page.
