Looking to add LiveZilla code for static(non-floating) button. I found how to add to v2.2RC but that won't work. I found how to add a FLOATING button but could not find the referenced file in step 5 "Go to and open homeincludestemplate_top.php". The LiveZilla code is Javascript and says it needs to be installed in the "body" section of a page.

Has anyone installed a static LZ button in v2.5RC1? If so, how?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. OSCmax is the best damn open source ecomm solution out there... Believe me, I have tried them ALL!! So I don't want to break it by trial and error.

Thanks.....

FYI-This is what the code looks like:

<!-- LiveZilla Chat Button Link Code (ALWAYS PLACE IN BODY ELEMENT) --><a href="javascript:void(window.open('http://flooringsteals.com/livezilla/chat.php','','width=590,height=610,left=0,top=0,re sizable=yes,menubar=no,location=no,status=yes,scro llbars=yes'))"><img src="http://flooringsteals.com/livezilla/image.php?id=06&amp;type=inlay" width="175" height="69" border="0" alt="LiveZilla Live Help"></a><!-- http://www.LiveZilla.net Chat Button Link Code --><!-- LiveZilla Tracking Code (ALWAYS PLACE IN BODY ELEMENT) --><div id="livezilla_tracking" style="display:none"></div><script type="text/javascript">
var script = document.createElement("script");script.type="text/javascript";var src = "http://flooringsteals.com/livezilla/server.php?request=track&output=jcrpt&nse="+Math.random();setTimeout("script.src=src;document.getElementById('livezilla_ tracking').appendChild(script)",1);</script><noscript><img src="http://flooringsteals.com/livezilla/server.php?request=track&amp;output=nojcrpt" width="0" height="0" style="visibility:hidden;" alt=""></noscript><!-- http://www.LiveZilla.net Tracking Code -->

You'll probably want an entry here:

<!-- header //-->
<table border="0" width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr class="header">
<td valign="middle"><?php echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT) . '">' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . STORE_LOGO, STORE_NAME) . '</a>'; ?></td>

<!-- Filezilla stuff: style with <tr><td> or <div> and CSS //-->

<td class="nav_tabs">
<?php if ((tep_session_is_registered('customer_id')) && (!tep_session_is_registered('noaccount'))) { ?>
In catalog/templates/yourtemplate/main_page.tpl.php

Well THAT'S embarrassing. I thought I looked everywhere for that code. I can just see you rolling your eyes when you read my post.

In any event, thanks for the answer and being kind.

Thanks,

P

Of course, I meant LiveZilla not FileZilla but you knew that. ;)
[Open Web Messenger looked good when I tried it and appeared to be less hungry on server resources, in my setup.]
