Sort order

My Categories have suddenly ditched the sort order I have specified....

It was fine a couple of days ago when I checked it, now it seems to be in no particular order....

Additionally, when I try and view some products that I can see just fine in the admin area I get

Not Found

The requested URL /tablet-computers-windows-tablets-c-7_15.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any suggestions on what might be going on?

The 404 error is because you turned on Rewrite SEO URLs and did not uncomment the .htaccess rewrite rules or have the incorrect rewrite base.

Once again thank you very much for your help. I greatly appreciate it.

I had figured out that it had something to do with the SEO URLs so I had turned that feature off but it was still giving me errors....

It wasn't until I actually turned the rewrite to standard (a detail I would not have figured out without your help) that it all started working again.

However... now that I can "see" my products again, the sort order is still out....
