When ever i go into my admin and try to add a new product or do anything in the admin after about 4 or 5 clicks i get message saying can not view web page and my host server Blocks me this last about 15 mins then i can access my sites again but it happens again my Host has no idea why iam being blocked they even put a rule in to allow my ip addreass no matter what but it still blocks my ip addreass any ideas as to why This happens when I just access any of my 3 sites this happens running OSCMAX Versions 2.0 and also one of my sites ithe newest version of oscmax

Is it a osCMax/php generated page error or browser error or ???? using Fx, IE, Opera or Safari? Using http or https? (if using https - change to http only)...

osCMax has no security that would block and lock you out of the ADMIN for 15 mins. If anything the session dies and you relogin and get a new session ID. Possibly you have extra setting in .htaccess file????

Please list the exact error message.

If your locked out for 20 mins (1200 seconds)- then there is an error in your php setting and the sessions....it may be fixes itself when php session garbage collection happends (after 1200 seconds of inactivity on the session) then the session is gone and can re-login and gain access again. No idea why it would do this other wise.

Ok it is in INternet Explorer and it says whats below and my host server blocks me for about 15 mins then iam able to get back into the admin but it happens again after about f clicks in the admin.

For offline users

You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages.
To view subscribed feeds
Click the Favorites Center button res://ieframe.dll/favcenter.png, click Feeds, and then click the feed you want to view.

To view recently visited webpages (might not work on all pages) <LI id=viewRecentWebpages2>Click Tools res://ieframe.dll/tools.png, and then click Work Offline.
Click the Favorites Center button res://ieframe.dll/favcenter.png, click History, and then click the page you want to view.

This is NOTHING to do with osCMax - but with your hosting setup breaking the connection.

But to make sure in osCMax - turn off cache in the admin (encase it is trying to load a corrupt web page). Flush the browser cache and refresh.

Check your hosting CPanel errorlog files. It should give you clues to what is causing the problem and discuss it with your host.

If they are not wanting/willing to help - MOVE to a host that support ecommerce sites.
