This is a complete redo of the 5.4 version. Thanks to Lindsay, (osc username: lindsayanng), for the idea on redoing this.
What it does
This will put a login form in the header section of your site. There are 3 different ways to display the login. When logged
in the form is rplaced with a table that has the users account links. All 3 have identical files for using images in place
of text for the my account links.
