osCMax 2.0 RC3.0.1 Maintenance update.

Fixes:

Corrected improper .htaccess syntax for main .htaccess file causing 500 Internal Server errors on certain servers.
Bugfix #185 - Fixed missing products from orders
Fixed sql file in the installer. Added missing Order Editor fields.
