        - Created the following new template files:
                    /catalog/templates/fallback/content/checkout_payment.tpl.php
                    /catalog/templates/fallback/content/login.tpl.php
                    /catalog/templates/fallback/content/shopping_cart.tpl.php
                    /catalog/templates/fallback/content/gc_return.tpl.php

        - Moved content from these files to new template files:
              checkout_payment.php
              login.php
              shopping_cart.php
              gc_return.php
             
        - Deleted the following from this package as they are not needed:
              /catalog/checkout_payment.php
              /catalog/login.php
              /catalog/shopping_cart.php                       
             
         
        - Updated INSTALLATION.txt with osCMax instructions
        - Updated README.txt UPDATE and CHANGELOG to reflect osCMax package
        - Added support for SPPC and Dynamic Mopics to gc_return.php
        - Added nicer formatting to gc_return.php
        - Added /catalog/includes/filenames.php
       
        - Added the following language files for BTS function
                /catalog/admin/includes/languages/english/gc_return.php
                /catalog/admin/includes/languages/espanol/gc_return.php
                /catalog/admin/includes/languages/german/gc_return.php
       
        - Modified the following files from standard osCommerce+GC Mod to osCMax+GC Mod:
              /catalog/admin/includes/functions/general.php
