Enhanced Dynamic MoPics and Images stored in directories

Very minor change: "Root Directory" label in Image Directory pull-down was a bit misleading/ambiguous - changed to "Images".


Note: During the upload of an image within Admin, the popup image size is now limited by settings in Configuration, Images. This does not apply to pre-existing product images.
