By michael_s at 2006-12-22 17:55

This is the official project page for osCMax - open source Commerce Maximized. Here you will find the latest download package as well as historical downloads. The changelog will be posted here, as well as all relevant links, such as the bugtracker and documentation.

osCMax is a powerful and flexible e-commerce shopping cart software package. osCMax is a web base application that runs on a webserver, either Apache or IIS (and can run on others, but has not been tested). It requires a web server, PHP 4.x and up with register globals on, Mysql 3.53x and up , Apache 1.3 xor 2.x.

Attached is the osCMax 2.0 RC2 to RC3 patch zip file.

If you have osCMax 2.0 RC2 installed, you can just overwrite your files with these updates.

If you have modified your install, use a file comparison tool to merge in the changes.

Does the fact that the RC2->RC3 Upgrade does not include a .sql file mean that the MySql database for RC2 is already compliant with the fixes in the RC3-0-1 Maintenance Release? The RC3-0-1 Maintenance Release does include a SQL file for installation.

If the RC2 db is not compliant with the RC3-0-1 code, can we request a sql statement to make it compliant?

Thanks!

I got to the thread at http://www.oscmax.com/story/oscmax_r...1_minor_update and read there about The Post http://www.oscmax.com/forums/oscmax-...html#post22617. I followed Asgoroth's SQL statement. Hope that is correct.

That little sql that you found is the only change that needs to be made. There are no sql changes from RC2 to RC3 otherwise.
