Tested on a 'clean' download of oscMax 2.0.3 svn 176

Major changes:
User defined optional subdirectories to store images in.
Automatic thumbnail generation for the first product image.
Removal of Lightbox option, leaving Slimbox2 as the image enlargement method.

A name change, reflecting it's development on the current v2.0.3 and the fact that it does more than just effect Dynamic Mopics functions (hence the plus sign).Lightbox has been removed, in line with the svn v2.1 of oscMax.Now incorporates optional image subdirectory features and automatic thumbnails for the first product image.

Release Candidate 1 of Slimbox Edition
Code cleanup.
Better/clearer descriptions (IMO) with improved Admin console layout.

[b][u]Slimbox Edition[/u] - RC1 now released, please use instead.[/b]

Additional functionality over the Standard Edition
1. Slimbox (Lightbox optionally, with code tweaks) for expanded images.
2. In Admin, Images specify the size of images for the main product image. (suggested by members ptt81/pgmarshall), allowing 3 different sizes of images for your products/options.

Structure the way images as stored on the server, as defined by Dynamic MoPics

1. Stores fullsize images in images/images_big; stores thumbnails (reduced-size) in images/thumbs.
2. Use the Admin console to upload/check the first set of images - fullsize (expanded) & thumbnail (main product image).
