FYI USPS made some grandeous changes AGAIN damit and int'l rates are non-existant..

yea I finally got it working.. its not the same module, only 1 handling fee setting (not seperate for the different rates) and no insurance, a few other things not working 100% but it returns rates properly

Anyone out there willing to take a stab at making the original work?? That would be 4.3.x ALPHA that comes packaged with MAX.

I have several versions that all produce different results. I can share all the testing I did and the files to compare. If you don't have a USPS account I will give you my user/pass

If this version can be sucessfully modified to function with USPS today, many would like to see some upgrades to it as well.

If I could do it myself I would but it is just too far out of my comfort zone

I can offically go to bed a happy camper - USPS fully functionable as it was before the year turned new updated module reposted this evening USPS methods 5.0.2 at: osCommerce Community Add-Ons

but I didn't go to bed, I fixed the handling fee issue and cleaned up the file, uploaded again 5.0.3
