    Hi Guys,
i tried to work with Fallback-html but it's not updated really
And changing a few things mess up the site:
Down for Maintenance : Rugbysport.de Online Bestellen
(check header...just changed a basic thing!)
I think the best way to work is with the "classic" copy of Fallback and then see!

I am afraid to say that I have never tried to use the HTML version ... I can understand why it helps people who are less "techy" but I do not like the idea of having to maintain two "fallback" templates.

Personal choice but my recommendation would be to stick to the "tradtional" fallback template.

The old-style fallback template is there for compatibility, but all NEW templates should always be built with the html tag system. It is a superior system.

The fallback-html is much more flexible and powerful and benefits more "techy" people even more than less "techy" users. It allows us do fully design all the elements of a templates structure and styling without being strapped to the osCmax core code. Then drop in the osCmax elements, style them independently if necessary and away we go.

Incorporating a css framework into osCmax's core will also make this even better as the styles will automatically be applied to the oscmax tags as they are dropped in.

    Hi Michael,
    completely agree.
    I have 2 questions :
-html tag system- Is there a proper list of HTML tags to look? Any sort of documentation?
-The fallback html is not updated, do we still refer to that as "template" or not really? I tried JUST to modify the header and it gave me problems (showing images not present default file).
    Cheers
