Shipping module not showing on checkout

Sorry guys but I have an issue.

We are using flat rate shipping with free delivery on orders over £60 (vi Modules / Order Total /Shipping) and everything has been fine.

We want to make some shipping changes (courier etc) and the first change is to move to a simple table rate setup so we can offer cheaper shipping on some small, cheap items.

I have installed the Table Rate shipping module, enables it and given it the same Zone (EU) as the Flat Rate method.

It does not show on checkout - any ideas? Been head scratching since yesterday on this one.

All of our items have weights defined, not using the Free Shipping module.

Did you specify the shipping module to be used for customer groups? If so, it will only show those specified.

Customers >> Customers Groups >> Edit

Then see what the settings are for your group. Make any changes needed.

That fixed it.

It's been so long since setting up shipping completely forgot about that step.
