Table Rate

I have a single table rate by pricing. The shipping and handling do not appear at order confirmation nor anywhere in the order form for the customer? Any suggestion would greatly be appreciated. The order is less than 2500

So you don't want this 'Rate' to be included?

i change the sort order to 2 it still does not show up. Is their another flag that i need to turn on?

So you check all your items and they all are physical products - as in they have weight? (weight does not equal 0). As you know that any Virtual (downloadable) of course does not have weight and thus does not need shipping and handling.
