Table Rate Installed, Not Working

I installed Table Rate based on price as the only shipping option for my site. I then updated my customer groups such that all customer types may only use this shipping option. But upon checkout no shipping information of any kind appears at all.

What am I missing?

You still have to set a weight for your products or they are assumed to be virtual products and shipping is skipped.

the sql for updating all the weights to a nominal weight.

update products set products_weight = .010;

Can be done in command line or phpAdmin.
