    Default Location to enable "Must Accept Terms (MATC)" in admin panel.

    Hello Again,

    I've spent quite a bit of time googling for how to enable "Must Accept Terms (MATC)" and I just can't find out how. From what I've read it should be configuration>terms & conditions.

    Is this still installed in v2.5.2?
