    Default my site

I didnt change much because my skills are limited.
i wanted to keep it simple for future upgrades and my limited skills at modding my store.

    my site: decalbomb :

i am a top rated powerseller on ebay with the same items and 2500+ feedback..
i dont expect that with my site but one would think i would get a sale or 2 every month.
i get almost no customers and haven't had a sale in over 2 months.
i dont know why? is it my site?

you wont hurt my feeling so let me have it.

    No particular order:
    • Free Shipping logo should be displayed on front page
    • How do your prices compare to your feeBay store? They should be cheaper, otherwise there's no incentive.
    • Spruce up your opening text with maybe different fonts and colours (don't go mad!)
    • Use the Featured Categories facility to brighten up the front page a produce a point of visual interest
    • Use SEO categories (new feature in 2.5)
    • Tweak the SEO metatag file to get better SEO entries (save that file away so when you upgrade you won't lose the effort made)
    • Promote your site with a flyer on every feeBay sale
    • Get involved with forums that might be interested in your products
    • Use Category Descriptions as much as possible

You also need to remember how people find you - on eBay you have an amazingly large market of customers ... on your own you have a much smaller catchment audience.

As EJ says - try to drive demand from existing eBay customers or offer their friends a deal.

    Regards.

I notice that your drop-down sub categories menu 'animals decal' is hidden behind your slideshow

What browser and version. That information is necessary or it cannot be debugged...Comments are nice, but if you find a problem it is usually a good idea to include what your browser/version and platform is.

I tested in all current browsers FF,Chrome,IE,Safari and they all look good. See screenshot from chrome, but all look the same.
