shipping calculation problem

Hi Can anyone please shed any light on a working solution for the following problem.
some of the products i sell are shipped direct to my customers from my supplier who is overseas. The problem im having is if my customer buys an item which is shipped direct from my supplier and also a product that is shipped from my self it only calculates the postage of the item sent from my supplier and i can not find any way of correcting it.
Example
Customer buys one item which needs to be sent from overseas which costs £25 for shipping
He also buys 10 items which i ship from the UK at a price of £3 each
The total price for shipping only shows as £25

Can anyone please help?

I have same issue also

it seems currently, if you have per item shipping field filled in, it takes that total as the entire shipping total. no matter what else you order

So if you select 2 items that are set to per item shipping, it also only adds one of them to the order, most likely the first items "per item shipping" price
