Clarification: Which individual shipping module?

My client has individual prices set for UK postage (shipping). Individual Shipping is set for only zone GB.
Now that overseas sales are starting a problem has arisen.
I've set a Table Rate with no zone restriction.
If a seller purchases from, say, the USA, then no shipping rate is displayed/calculated.

Reading between the lines of old posts, this appears to be a previously found issue.
Which module is used in 'Max, so that a suitable update can be looked into?
Individual Product Shipping Prices
Shipping rate per product
or another?

Have you tried the Zone Rates module? I think you can then specify which ISO country codes you want to apply the rate to ie. all of them ex GB.

Or you could install the Royal Mail module - which should do the same ... although they may not use Royal Mail.

How is the client going to send the products overseas ... RM, UPS, DHL, other?

Now that would be much too easy!
[I'm actually pretty clued up on Zone tables, having setup an extended 4 Zones EMS table, for a Japanese site.]
Client wants it 'simple'. Individual shipping for UK and a small Table Rate for the rest of the world. [Yes, I know ]

Have downloaded the latest full package and some of the mods...
I'll need a good deal of luck.

Pressures to get a working system has resulted in a hack, as opposed to a fix.
Errant freeshipper/individual shipping code commented out of shipping.php.
A World Tax Zone created with a selection of countries.
Table Rate shipping set to the World Zone.
Individual Shipping set to UK Zone.

[There are times where continual bugs become a PITA and workarounds have to be used ]

I am trying to enable two standard shipping modules with osCMax 2.0.15: individual shipping plus UPS shipping, all in the US. The customer could then choose which shipment method was cheaper. I can get both modules working separately, but UPS is eliminated when I activate them together. Am I missing a setting somewhere that enables both to work at once?

Ensure both are active for the same Zone(s).

Each alternative has the "shipping zone" set to "none." I also tried setting them all to the same state with the same results: enabling the individual shipping module removes the other options I have tried (UPS and per item).
