Individual Shipping Not Calculated...

I have a client that requires individual shipping for all of his products and when I try to complete an order it is not calculated into the total price for checkout. In each product he has set an individual shipping price already.

Use the following tax class on the shipping fee.

0 (Picked, have also tried 1)

This is how I have it set up.

No other shipping is set up...

Help would be much appreciated as the client has currently been losing money for each sale and it is kinda on me.

You left out some configuration settings:

Is the shipping price set on the actual product page in the admin?
Is the product weight not zero (it cant be zero weight, that is reserved for downloads and vouchers)?

Both are required to be set properly.
