order status update problem

 order status update problem After a customer pays via paypal, the order status for my orders changes from 'Preparing [PayPal IPN]' to 'Processing' in about a minute and a half after the order is added and the respective comments change from nothing to 'PayPal IPN Verified [Completed (Verified; $xx.xx)]' but the customer does not automatically gets notified and the order does not show up in Products Purchased Report nor does it show up in bestsellers. When i enter an order manually though the customer does gets notified, the order is included in Products Purchased report and it also shows up on bestsellers. I wonder if my paypal ipn is working normally like it should or not. BTW my paypal mod works only when i turn the encryption off otherwise an error appears during checkout. Can someone be kind enough to help. Thanks     |
