PayPal not showing as payment method

New install of 2.0.2 with DB upgrade.. worked out the SEO issues and trying to check out..

PayPal is the only payment method..
Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal)
Set this one TRUE and the coupons are not deducted

PayPal Website Payments Standard
Set this One TRUE and it doesn't show at all!!

I have the same problem / situation. My confguration has Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal) enabled as the only payment method. In my case i can't complete the payment due to the script takes me to the PayPal welcome page instead of a secure payment page under my Paypal account.

By the way, I still using PHP 4, is it making any noise with the code?

I installed it and coupons are being deducted as well as obviously the PP payment method shows.. try that..
