PayPal Pro a No in OSCMax

I take it PayPal Pro does not work in OSCMax ????

PayPal themselves told me it would take additional programming to make OSCMax work with PayPal Pro but Oscommerce has a gateway module freely available, why does OSCMax not have one??

Can someone enlighten me here before I have to start from the drawing board and switch to another cart....

It is already in RC4, if you know how to use SVN, get it from the repository, otherwise you will have to wait until the official RC4 release (don't ask for a date, it is close but no release date is set).

When I try to download OSCMax from the download button is says

You are not authorized to access this page.

There is no "download" button for RC4-SVN code.... so I have no idea what your trying to do.

RC3 is available as a download - you have to be login to access this.
RC4 is not "offically" released yet and is still in beta and is ONLY available using SVN.

You do have to install a SVN client - See: Comparison of Subversion clients

I have RC 4 now so ...but I just was wondering why I can not download the regular version as a logged in member

I do have Paypal Website Payments pro working in the earlier osCMax. The "programming" took about 1 hour, because I use backups and duplicate files, etc. The file is on this forum somewhere, you can search to find it.

By the way, it cannot be a simple drop in for the existing oscommerce or osCMax because it requires changes to several files in the checkout process.
