Customer login page not updating

Hey guys, I'm new here, but have an important question about my osCommerce site.

I substituted all the necessary images on my site for header, navigation, and category buttons. All the changes have been effective on most of the site, until you get to the customer login page.

No changes appear when one navigates to the Customer Login page.

Here is the aforementioned site, so you guys can see exactly what the problem is. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

https://www.astrosauce.com/create_account.php
and then at
Astrosauce

One has all the changes, one doesn't.

My guess is that the https: and http: are pointing at different locations and picking up different files (and templates)

(on top of that the link to the login goes https and then when you click to register it switches back to http - so there are some issues in your configure.php as well.)
