Xsell Module/contribution

Hi, I'm very interested in installing this module and have read all the instructions. Everything seems to be fine EXCEPT STEP I which asks me to: "Create the new fields in the database by inserting the products_xsell.sql." Can anyone help me out here? I've got access to phpMyAdmin and I"ve logged in but I don't know where to go from there????
