Looks like you have things working. You may want to shorten your catgories display though, or nest them. Kinda messy looking.

Paypal IPN works with the paypal IPN system, so you get a nice integration with your store. It makes the whole process work nicely. Just set it up according to paypals requirements, and you will be fine.
