anyone used infobox customizer & scroll bestsellers toge

Has anyone out there used the following mods on the same project:

1. Infobox Customizer
2. Scrolling Bestsellers Box


I have utilised both of these and for the most part successfully so. The box customiser allows for the use of different fonst/background colours/etc on individual boxes. As its name suggests, the Scrolling Bestsellers Box makes this box scroll.

The problem i have is this:

When i use the two together, the only box that i cant customize is the bestsellers box. This - to the best of my knowledge - must be because of the application of the scrolling bestsellers box mod - which involved making some changes to the box.php file and and involved a new bestsellers.php file (bestsellers_1.php).

I know i need to do some hard coding to get round this and implement a background colour on this box. My PHP skills are in their infancy..i am hoping someones faced this problem before??
