Style sheet colour wont reflect

Hi

I have tried editing the style sheet and it worked great for the 1st time. I managed to change the header colours and link colours.

But then I tried again today and it doesnt reflect anymore. I tried to change the footer and header colours again and it doesnt reflect out. Could it be I have deleted anything important that makes the stylesheet work?

And how do i change the shopping cart box colour?

First, clear your browser cache. It probably cached the page, so you cant see any changes.
