Anyone created penpal and match maker shop?

Has anyone create penpal and match maker using OSCommcerce for make their shop, payment and etc..? If so, please point me to, i would like to implement similar shop.

Thanks, Arpit for the info. But I have commercial interests and am looking for something similar to these sites:

http://www.vietdating.com and http://www.vietnamladies.com

Using OsCommerce of course. I am looking for template or suggestions to go about and I think Vietdating.com uses Oscommerce.
