Default make link like "prod descriptin-buy now button" on another page

I'm haveing trouble makeing a link to a product. I have an image on my menu and I want to link it to a product. Right now it has A link to the product description with oscid= to nothing and I think that causes it to grab a new oscid. I'm using
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh"
CONTENT="0; URL=http://localhost/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=3?osCsid=">

I would actually like to link it in a way that it adds a product to the cart, and takes you to the cart. kindof Like the add to cart button on the product description page.

Is there a way to link my menu image to the shopping cart and have it add a product. like say my third product?

I looked at 2 sugestions on oscommerce one called for a javascript but I couldn't get either one to work
Thanks for any suggestions. they're much appreciate.

Remove the osCsid= entirely. It will be added by osc if needed.

Here are 2 good solutions for this:
osCommerce: offsite link into shopping cart
