    Default Admin Order error

    Hi Everybody,
    During the testing of my Admin. I have notice the follow error when I go to Customers/orders and than click on either edit, invoice or packing slip;

    1054 - Unknown column 'verisign_ref' in 'field list'

    select customers_name, customers_company, customers_street_address, customers_suburb, customers_city, customers_postcode, customers_state, customers_country, customers_telephone, customers_email_address, customers_address_format_id, delivery_name, delivery_company, delivery_street_address, delivery_suburb, delivery_city, delivery_postcode, delivery_state, delivery_country, delivery_address_format_id, billing_name, billing_company, billing_street_address, billing_suburb, billing_city, billing_postcode, billing_state, billing_country, billing_address_format_id, payment_method, cc_type, cc_owner, cc_number, cc_expires, comments, currency, currency_value, verisign_ref, date_purchased, orders_status, last_modified from orders where orders_id = '5'

    [TEP STOP]

    Would anybody know what this error message is or what is causing it? I am using the verisign 9.67 addon module.
    Thank You for the help,
    Jose

    You need to add the db mods that are included with the verisign mod. It should have a sql file that you need to run in phpmyadmin.

    Hi Msasek, yes I was just reading the Advanced Setup Section of the installation instructions and there are a couple of things that need to be done, that I over looked However I am having a problem with one of the steps. Which is I need to add the column to the database however when I try to enter the requires statement I get the following error message:

    Error

    SQL-query :

    ALTER GiftsUniqueShop.orders ADD verisign_ref TINYTEXT

    MySQL said:

    Something is wrong in your syntax près de 'GiftsUniqueShop.orders ADD verisign_ref TINYTEXT' à la ligne 1

    this is the install statement copy and paste from the instruction. Would you know what is wrong with it? By the way I'm trying to do this on my local machine first to make sure everything is working ok before I install this on my live site. That is way the db name is just GiftsUniqueShop.

    Thank you for any help.
    Jose
