Fatal error in sessions.php when creating a new account

Hello, I am new at this and just installed and have been adding some mods, which may have led to this error, but I didn't modify sessions.php.
I must have made an error while installing the United States Format Mod.

When I try to enter a new account (for testing) I get this error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_session_start() (previously declared in /home/myusername/public_html/catalog/includes/functions/sessions.php67) in/home/myusername/catalog/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 68

Any clues would be appreciated.

I found the problem!

While auditing the osc files and my mods and noted that there are two versions of the create_account_process.php file. One in catalog/ and one in catalog/includes/languages/english/ (also one for each language). In fact most of the files in those folders have the same file names but are not the same file.

I had accidentally uploaded the version from the catalog/ folder to the english/ folder. Therefore tep_session_start() was getting called twice.

I hope my mishap helps others. It is not that hard a mistake to make.
