Default Change look of shop

Is there anywhere I can read or find out about changing the look of the shop? I use Front Page 2000. Can I use that at all and how?

But, the giant text aside, the guide will get you started. I dont recommend using Frontpage, as it has a nasty tendency to modify code on its own. Dreamweaver works better editing php, IMHO.

But, the most fun is a good ol' fashioned text editor!

Default Maybe it's just me but...

The only things that I see available to download in the downloads section is various translations of documentation. I swear, I've looked several times. I know I stumbled into a download area at oscommerce.com, but for the life of me can't find it again.

Could anyone point me to the proper location? A link would be greatly appreciated.
