 duplicate number of orders entered.. what am i to do? i dont know is this is on topic, pls forgive me if not, didnt know where to post okay, heres the thing customers shop at my website but about one out of 9-10 orders are duplicated just like b elow order#500 john abruzzi - 3 x red shoes sz 11 order#501 john abruzzi (him again!!) - 3 x red shoes sz 11 these orders are definitely not correct as no one would buy 6 pairs of the same shoes, in the same size and furthermore in seperate orders. so.. any ideas on how to fix this? i assume it may be that my merchant account complicates the things but i really cannot make any sense out of it. any help will be greatly appreciated!! ty guyz     |
