okay, heres the thing

customers shop at my website but about one out of 9-10 orders are duplicated just like b elow

order#500
john abruzzi - 3 x red shoes sz 11

order#501
john abruzzi (him again!!) - 3 x red shoes sz 11

these orders are definitely not correct as no one would buy 6 pairs of the same shoes, in the same size and furthermore in seperate orders.

so.. any ideas on how to fix this?

i assume it may be that my merchant account complicates the things but i really cannot make any sense out of it. any help will be greatly appreciated!!
