Customization Help Needed

Hi,

I've got a running oscommerce site which needs to get completed. Somebody started the development but did not continue with it. It is still some work left on customizing fields, main page, skin, products loaded, transaction processing setup. I'm looking for somebody who can do it and I'm willing to pay for it. Can anybody recommend a reliable and resonable priced programmer or company who can do it?
