e-mail to fax conversion

I am building a site, where my client does not have e-mail facilities in his premises. He will therefore require the confirmation e-mail sending by fax.
I have tested this facility on oscommerce & it works.
Unfortunatley, fax only picks up the plain txt, (the to & from bits)& not the bulk of the message.
How can I make this work with oscommerce?
also, on the same site the client, requires, 3 price & quantity breaks.
I have tried the built in attributes, but the only allow deduction or adding to the origional base price.
Any ideas?

This may or may not help, but make sure oscommerce is set to send plaintext email, not html formatted.
