how to add boxes to index.html

how do i go about adding any box to a page, so lets say i want to add the box "best seller" to a page how would u do that.

Do you want to display boxes outside the catalog? I guess I am not following. Please elaborate.

yes, that is was what i am trying to do display boxes outside the catalog, sorry i didnt explain it right was tired
