Need help with category layout

I have a client who wants his shopping cart to look like this:

REF. # | PART # | DESCRIPTION | UNIT PRICE
1 | 0052 | FUEL SHUT OFF, CRIMP | 4.95

2 | 1013 | DECAL SET | 12.00


With a quantity box at the end of each line, and an add to cart link at the bottom of each category. How would I go about accomplishing this in OSC? Can someone please point me in the right direction?

The images would be the category images, and what he wants is to have a few categories displayed on the same page. Can you tell me what files I have to edit to accomplish this? Can it be done?
