Error with reviews after installing header_tags contribution

I am getting the below error when trying to write or read a review after the installation of the meta controller contribution

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_get_header_tag_products_desc() in /home/petvet-s/public_html/includes/header_tags.php on line 169

It has me beat because on a second site the contribution worked both on snapshot 20030127

I suspect you missed something on your install of the mod. There are a lot of steps, and you may have made a mistake. Re-trace your steps to make sure you havent made a simple omission.
