Another interesting question .. . my client is a gift basket company. She would like to include a flat rate delivery for local cities. She actually has two different flat rates depending on which city you live in for delivery. For example, if you live in Newport News, the delivery charge is $!0. If you live in Chesapeake, the delivery charge would be $15.

She also wants to do a UPS shipping based on the on the cost of the basket. I've setup the table for the UPS shipping, but I haven't been able to figure out a way to do the local delivery option.

How do I setup the flat rate with two option and only for specific cities. As a minimum, I could just put the cities it includes.
