simple editing Q... How do i edit the 'HEADING_TITLE" &

I have searched (for about 2-1/2 hours) and searched... how do i change the "HEADING_TITLE" and "TABLE_HEADING_NEW_PRODUCTS" on my main page? I figure that i will (or it will automatically) be able to change the table heading for new products on the subsequint pages as well once i figure this out. Please point me in the right direction.

Hi Nathan,
The answer to your question is go to:
/public_html/catalog/includes/languages/english
open up index.php
find define('HEADING_TITLE', 'change to anything');
