Checkboxes for items + change attributes on checkout...

Terribly sorry if advertising for paid work on these forums is frowned on... this isn't something I can do myself.

I need a coder to do the following for a stock oscMax install:

- I'd like to have a product attribute displayed with a checkbox instead of the usual dropdown...
That is, users would be able to select:
[x] Add attribute of whatever sort (+$30.00)

... so the item could be purchased with or without the option by clicking the checkbox.
(this mod would do it I suppose; http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,160/)

- I would like for the user to be able to check or uncheck the option at the view cart and checkout stages, probably just with an 'update' button underneath.
