Got some hassle with the weight shipping on our oscommerce shop

product shipping get charged according to the weight,
we coverted all the product weight to lbs

Select to use table Rate shipping
1.1lbs = £3,00 (500g)
11lbs = £6.75 (5kg)
44lbs = £8.00 (20kg)

Shipping Table
1.10:3.00,11.00:6.75,44.00:8.00

also tried it on
Shipping Table
1.1:3.00,11.0:6.75,44.0:8.00

but no luck
what happen if I buy a product of less than 1.1lbs it charge me £6.75

the combine weights of the products the calculation is also not correct

Please help, before I go bald !!
