Default Categories Not falling into right place after Upload

I have been trying for sometime to find out why when I upload my Excel Spreadsheets for some reason the catagories I have selected dont upload in the right place.
i.e. All my spreadsheets with 4 categories upload OK.

If I add another category or 2 in to my spreedsheets for some reason when I upload, the listings start from the 3rd column.

e.g. Battlefield Miniatures Spreadsheet. Has 6 categoires:
Miniatures, Historical, 20mm-1/72-1/76, Battlefield Miniatures, German, Bitter Winter.

When I upload it for some reason starts the listings under 20mm-1/72-1/76 instead of under Historical.

Yet if I upload another spreadsheet for another range that has say 4 categories then it uploads to the correct folder.

If anyone is experiencing this problem or knows how to rectify this problem by all means let me know so I can fix it.

Thanks for your time and all correspondance would be much appreciated.

The actual Question I am after is how do I make oscommerce read more than 4 categories when I upload a spreadsheet??????

And what am I to do in my spreadsheet to enable this? if anything?

How are you uploading your data? phpMyAdmin? Easypopulate?

Hi I'm a bit dumb ,

But how about setting up the categories in oscom/osmax admin,
then re-export.
It might give you a clue as to what and where to change the spreadsheet.
Hope it helps
Kind Regards
Allan
