Stylesheet help required

I've read through the stylesheet docs and have managed to modify most of my site to the colours that I like, however I am having a slight problem with one bit.

On the bar which says "Product Name+ Price" I have set the background colour to red which is causing a problem as when you hover over it, it disappears. I need to keep the normal hover colour as red for the rest of the site but I'd like the text in that bar to be white instead of black, and change to black when you hover over it instead of red (does that make sense?)

just creat a new class in stylesheet.css with the new colors you want.
in .php file that displays the "Product Name+ Price" just change the class there to point to the new class you created.
