Is it Possible to create a new Payment Method?

Hi

I was just wondering if it was possible to make a new Payment Method available ie. I want to make available Direct Deposit into my account.

Also is it possible to change shipping types: I want to add International Shipping and Local Shipping, but have no rates because when the order comes to me I will be able to work out by the address what shipping will be and then let the customer know the cost.
Too many prices to list for International costing.

I succesfully uploaded the respective files for Bank transfer to my site.
The only problem I seem to have is that when I place an order, it has Payment method I can choose but doesnt allow me to add the necessary details when I choose bank transfer.

How do I allow for this to happen?
