Linkpoint - Which contrib to use? Please help!

Use the Linkpointms1andms2 or Linkpoint API modules. I wrote both of these. The linkpoint connect module has always given most people i talk to alot of trouble.

Linkpoint API, now comes built into OSCMAX in verison 2.0, or you may get a copy from emailing me at linkpoint@hyperactivehosting.com. I am the module author and provide toll free support for this module, on a question and answer basis at no charge.

I currently use Verisign and I am looking for a new gateway. I want to keep my merhcant account with BofA. Would linkpoint be a good solution?

However, in my opinion, BofA's payment gateway is expensive, so if your looking for alternative gateway providers, Linkpoint is a good choice, however there are other less expensive providers as well. Linkpoints default Rate is 2.39% with a $0.30 per transaction gateway fee and a $0.25 batch fee which you pay once daily or if you run batches manually, once every time you run a batch.

There are even less expensive gateway providers as well. To prevent me being accused of spam for helping people find low rates/ inexpensive module installs/ or modification work as is often the case on here, please PM me if interested in me telling you some other companies or URL's to get this information from.
