How do I find out what is on my data base? ie what has been uploaded.

In my Temp folder I have several spreedsheets which I have uploaded aswell as a couple of Split uploads.

But when I go to Easy Populate and try to import from Temp Dir all I get at the top of the page is Filename: name of file.

Nothing else, So I was wondering if this is suppose to be displayed somewhere?

None of the spreedsheets seem to have appeared on my site under their respective headings.

Im abit baffled about this and would appreciate any sort of help possible.
