| OK heres another question: I currently have designed my Spreedsheets to have the following catagories: eg Miniatures, Historical, 15mm, Fantassin, Napoleonic, French, Infantry. Others vary but this is just an example. Now when I upload to my site for some reason only the following is displayed uder catagories: 15mm, Fantassin, Napoleonic, French, Infantry The first 2 dont seem to form folders which means its putting all my listings out of wack so to speak. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks David |

| go in your admin and manually create those two categories, making sure to have the case of the text correct. remember in your store "category" and CATEGORY" are two different categories. so create the two problematic categories, making sure they are spelled exactly the same as the flat file has them and then reupload. I have noticed this bug sometimes in EP....

| I went to admin and these folders already had existed on my site and were listed on the main page under Catalog. ie Miniatures, Historical. Yet the files still created another folder called 15mm which is the 3rd catagory in my spreedsheet and placed this as another folder heading under catalog. I have just been moving the files to the appropriate folder, but i hope I dont have to do this with all my files. |

| i think your best bet is to split your EP file by "category" instead of number of products. as long as none of your categories have over 400 products you should be fine. This will allow you to have one file for each category and when you go to upload your flatfile you can just manually delete the category in admin and then upload your EP file for that category. This should prevent issues with it creating multiple categories by the same name. Try that and see how it works.
