payment method only in the UK?

Probably a dumb question but i can't figure it out and seem to be going around in circles - i'm a total newbie at php so try not to confuse me - and i'm sure there's an answer in the admin/config.

I need to allow check/money order payment only in the UK but other payment methods internationally. How do i do this?

I set up a zone for the UK. Check payment option shows up on checkout wherever my customer is from. Any help would be appreciated

click admin > modules > payment > check or money order, click edit and you will see a drop down which says "payment zone" change this to "UK" and click save.

This method will now only show up for those states/countries/regions you have added to the "UK" zone under the localization section.

Thank you. I don't know what i had done wrong with setting up the zones, but i think i have it figured out now. That's what i get for working at 1am!!!
